Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant records, such as your full name, email address, phone number, the messaging or social platform you used to contact us, and a brief description of the information you would like deleted.

Labor Staffing may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

Once your request is verified, Labor Staffing will review the information associated with your request and will delete, de-identify, or restrict the use of personal information that is eligible for deletion.

Information We May Be Required to Retain

Labor Staffing may be required or permitted to retain certain information even after a deletion request.

This may include records related to:

• Employment and assignment history

• Payroll and wage records

• W-2s and other tax-related records

• Timekeeping and attendance records

• Workers’ compensation matters

• Benefits administration

• Employment eligibility and compliance records

• Accounting and financial records

• Audits, investigations, claims, or disputes

• Fraud prevention and security

• Legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations

When information cannot be deleted because of a legal, regulatory, tax, employment, payroll, compliance, or legitimate recordkeeping requirement, Labor Staffing will retain the information for the period reasonably necessary for that purpose.

A deletion request does not require Labor Staffing to remove information that it is legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

Social and Messaging Platform Data

If your request relates specifically to information received through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or another social or messaging platform, please identify that platform in your request so we can locate the applicable records.

Where appropriate, Labor Staffing may delete conversation history, platform identifiers, or other messaging-related information that is no longer required for legitimate business, employment, compliance, security, or legal purposes.
