1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to Labor Staffing, Inc.’s website and related communications services, including our Shift AI receptionist and SMS messaging program.

Using our website does not automatically enroll you in text messages or authorize recurring outreach. Messaging permission is obtained separately as described below.

 

2. Website Use

You may use our website to learn about Labor Staffing, apply for work, access linked employee services, or inquire about staffing services.

You agree not to submit knowingly false information, interfere with website operations, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or records.

Website content, including our logo, text, and graphics, belongs to Labor Staffing or its respective owners. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without permission.

 

3. Applications and Job Information

Completing an application, expressing interest in an opening, or speaking with our receptionist does not guarantee an interview, employment, an assignment, particular hours, or a start date.

Posted opportunities and assignment requirements may change. Our staff review qualifications, availability, screening requirements, and other relevant information before confirming next steps.

 

4. Shift AI Receptionist and Recorded Communications

Shift is Labor Staffing’s AI receptionist. Shift may answer routine questions, gather information, provide approved instructions, transcribe messages, and route requests to our team.

Calls handled by Shift are recorded and transcribed. Labor Staffing uses communications records to handle requests, keep applicant and employee information current, build profiles, maintain operational records, and review service quality.

AI responses may contain errors or rely on information that has changed. If an answer is unclear or appears incorrect, ask for clarification or staff assistance. Employment decisions, payroll corrections, assignment approvals, and other matters requiring staff authority remain subject to authorized review.

 

5. Labor Staffing SMS Program

Labor Staffing offers text messages for requested information and links, application assistance, interview reminders, employment-related updates, and separately opted-in job opportunities.

Participating staff may also receive internal staffing inquiries, caller messages, and operational alerts.

Messages may use automated systems or AI-assisted technology. Message frequency varies according to your requests, activity, and the program you choose.

 

Your Permission

Before sending information requested during a call, Labor Staffing asks for permission to text the confirmed phone number. Permission for a one-time response applies to that request and does not enroll you in recurring job-opportunity messages.

Recurring job-opportunity messages require separate consent and a confirmation reply. Providing a phone number, applying for work, or calling Labor Staffing does not by itself authorize recurring promotional texts.

Consent to receive texts is optional. It is not a condition of applying for work, employment, purchasing services, or receiving assistance.

 

Costs

Labor Staffing does not charge a separate subscription fee for this messaging program. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan.

 

Stopping Messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from this text program. You will receive a confirmation, and further messages from the program will stop.

Opting out of texts does not withdraw your application or end your employment. You may contact Labor Staffing through another available channel for assistance.

Delivery

Text messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

A text confirmation means only what it expressly states. Sending a request does not establish that staff have reviewed it, approved it, or completed the requested action.

 

6. Protecting Your Information

Do not provide passwords, verification codes, full Social Security numbers, bank account details, or identification documents through ordinary calls or texts. Use the approved secure process when Labor Staffing needs sensitive information.

When sending a screenshot of an application error, remove sensitive information that is not necessary to understand the problem.

7. Urgent Requests and Emergencies

Do not rely on a website form or text message for immediate emergency assistance. For an immediate life-threatening emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.

For time-sensitive workplace injuries, safety concerns, or attendance matters, contact Labor Staffing promptly using the applicable reporting process.

 

8. Linked Services

Our website may link to employee portals, application systems, messaging platforms, and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Labor Staffing does not control unaffiliated websites or guarantee their availability.

 

9. Availability and Responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted website, AI, or messaging availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Labor Staffing is not responsible for losses caused solely by website interruptions, carrier delivery failures, or reliance on general information without obtaining necessary confirmation.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited, or replaces applicable employment agreements, client contracts, or required workplace procedures.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or requirements change. The current version will appear on this page with its effective date.

Changes to these terms do not expand the scope of your existing messaging consent. Additional consent will be requested when required.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Georgia law, subject to applicable federal law and other mandatory legal protections.
