Want easy access to your time clock?
Follow the steps below to create the time clock as an app on your phone.
iPhone (iOS - Safari Browser)
​- Open Safari on your iPhone
- Go to the website you want to save as an app.
- Tap the Share icon (square with upward arrow).
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
- Rename it if you want (this is what the icon will say).
- Tap Add in the top right corner.

You’ll now see the icon on your Home Screen.
Android (Chrome Browser)
- Open Google Chrome on your Android device.
- Go to the website you want to save.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select “Add to Home screen.”
- Rename the shortcut if you want
- Tap Add, then either:

Tap Add again to place it manually, or
-
Tap Add automatically to let your phone place it on your home screen.
A shortcut icon will now appear on your Android home screen.

Time Clock Guidelines

This time clock is only for employees who have been specifically instructed to use it by their Labor Staffing coordinator.
-
Do NOT use this system if your assignment uses a client-provided or alternate timekeeping method. Using the wrong system may result in delayed payment and data errors.

GPS & Location Requirements:
-
You must have GPS/location services enabled on your device to use this timeclock.

You must allow the system to access your location in your phone’s permissions.
-
You may only clock in or out if you are physically on-site and within the designated facility.

Attempting to clock in remotely or off-location is a violation of company policy and may result in disciplinary action.
Attendance & Timekeeping Expectations:

Record your time daily, accurately and honestly.

Work your full assigned schedule, including start and end times.
-
Do not clock time for others, or allow others to clock for you.

Notify your Labor Staffing office before your shift if you will be late, absent, or unable to complete your shift.

Maintain a personal record of your hours worked as a backup in case of system issues or disputes.

Violations May Result In:

Delayed or withheld payment
-
Disciplinary action, up to and including termination
-
Ineligibility for future assignments if reliability issues are reported
