Staffing Solutions
Tailored To Your Needs
Labor Staffing, Inc. offers multiple staffing models designed around different workforce needs, from short-term temporary coverage and temp-to-hire programs to permanent placement, onsite supervision, vendor management, embedded onsite staffing, workforce consulting, and custom workforce programs. The right model depends on how much flexibility, control, recruiting support, onsite coordination, and long-term workforce planning your operation requires.
Staffing Solutions We Offer
Vendor on Premise
Embedded onsite staffing for larger or more complex workforce programs. Labor Staffing can operate from dedicated space at the client site and handle recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, workforce coordination, and day-to-day staffing support as an extension of the client’s operation.
Workforce Consulting
Practical workforce consulting focused on frontline and contingent labor. Labor Staffing helps employers evaluate staffing models, labor demand, scheduling, turnover, attendance, recruiting bottlenecks, workforce utilization, provider performance, and other operational issues that affect productivity and staffing cost. Our recommendations can be implemented with Labor Staffing or used to improve the performance of an existing staffing program.
Temp-to-Hire
A flexible path to permanent hiring. Temp-to-hire allows employers to evaluate a worker’s performance, reliability, attendance, and fit in the actual job before making a long-term hiring decision, while Labor Staffing manages the temporary employment relationship during the evaluation period.
Onsite Supervisors
Labor Staffing supervisors can work directly at the client site to oversee Labor Staffing temporary employees and support day-to-day workforce execution. They help coordinate attendance, communication, worker issues, performance follow-up, and other operational needs, and may be billed separately or included in larger-volume staffing programs.
Remote & BPO Teams
Remote and outsourced staffing for administrative, customer support, data, coordination, and other business functions. Labor Staffing can build domestic or international teams based on the client’s needs, including access to qualified talent in global markets for roles that can be performed effectively from anywhere.
Permanent Placement
Direct-hire recruiting for employers that need the right long-term fit. Labor Staffing can source, screen, and present qualified candidates for hard-to-fill permanent roles, including specialized manufacturing positions, CDL drivers, skilled equipment operators, animal-care roles, and other jobs where experience, reliability, licensing, technical fit, or job-specific requirements matter.
Vendor Management Services
Vendor-neutral coordination for employers using multiple staffing providers. Labor Staffing can serve as the central clearinghouse for open positions, maintain the active job list, standardize vendor requirements and agreements, coordinate audits and compliance documentation, track insurance renewals and other recurring vendor obligations, and help keep all participating staffing firms operating under the same program rules.
Workforce-as-a-Service
Custom workforce programs built around a defined recruiting or readiness outcome. Labor Staffing can maintain a ready pool of qualified workers, process and screen a specified volume of candidates, or deliver candidates who meet agreed requirements before the client conducts final interviews and evaluations. Programs can be structured around recruiting capacity, candidate volume, workforce readiness, or other measurable outcomes.
Choosing the Right Staffing Model
Different workforce problems call for different staffing models. Temporary staffing works well when employers need flexibility, short-term coverage, or additional labor without making an immediate long-term hire. Temp-to-hire adds an evaluation period before a permanent decision. Permanent placement focuses on hard-to-fill direct-hire roles. Onsite supervision adds day-to-day oversight for larger temporary workforces, while Vendor on Premise creates a more embedded staffing operation at the client site. Vendor Management is designed for employers coordinating multiple staffing suppliers, and Workforce-as-a-Service can be structured around defined recruiting, candidate-volume, or workforce-readiness outcomes.
When Does Temporary Staffing Make Sense?
Temporary staffing can be most valuable when an employer has a predictable core workforce need but demand rises and falls above that baseline. Rather than hiring the entire workforce needed for peak production and then reducing permanent headcount when volume slows, employers can maintain a stable direct-hire workforce and use temporary employees as the flexible portion of the staffing model. For example, an operation that needs 50 to 60 employees during slower periods but as many as 100 during peak demand may be better served by maintaining its core permanent team and using temporary labor to absorb part of the fluctuation. This allows the business to scale with demand while providing greater job stability for the permanent employees it intends to retain long term.
Temporary staffing can also support production increases, new contracts, facility openings, workforce ramp-ups, projects, and other situations where labor demand may change before the employer knows what its long-term headcount should be. Labor Staffing recruits and employs the temporary workforce, handles payroll and the employment relationship, and coordinates the assignment while the client directs the day-to-day work.
