Job Summary:We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution centers throughout the Metro Atlanta area. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and proven experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.) safely and efficientlyLoad, unload, move, and stack materials and productsPerform routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical issuesFollow warehouse safety guidelines and company proceduresAssist with inventory control and cycle counts as neededKeep work area clean, organized, and free of hazardsWork with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goalsRequirements:Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent forklift experience (certification preferred)Ability to operate various types of forklifts (specific equipment needs may vary by site)Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsReliable transportation to and from assigned job sites in the Metro Atlanta areaWillingness to work in varying warehouse environments (climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled)Strong attention to safety and detailAbility to pass a background check and drug screening (requirements may vary by client)Schedule & Pay:Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (varies by location)Pay Rate: Competitive and based on experience and shift; potential for overtime
