Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team in a clothing restoration facility. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and comfortable using tablets and mobile devices to document and manage inventory. You will be responsible for handling garments and textiles that have been affected by fire, water, or other damage, supporting the restoration and inventory process from intake to shipment.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and document incoming clothing and textile items using a tablet-based inventory systemAccurately tag and photograph items for processing and trackingSort, organize, and prepare garments for cleaning, restoration, and deliveryCommunicate with team members, supervisors, and occasionally clients in both Spanish and EnglishEnsure that all items are handled with care and processed in accordance with company standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work areaAssist in packaging and labeling items for return to customersFollow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
