Job Title: Assembler / Machine OperatorJob Summary:We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers and Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in a fast-paced production environment, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:Process materials in accordance with work order specifications.Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.Use a tape measure and other basic hand tools with precision.Perform quality checks and document results as required.Follow verbal and written instructions in English.Review and complete required quality documents.Use the correct tools for each task, ensuring work is completed to standard.Be responsible for both the safety and quality of all work performed.Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time as needed.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Must be a certified forklift driver and operate forklifts as required.Qualifications:Prior machine operation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.Must have a solid work and attendance history.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality documents in English.Ability to write basic production and quality data.Must be flexible and available for overtime as required.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Good safety record and adherence to safety-first practices.Proficient in understanding and interpreting mechanical drawings.Physically able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
