We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for our busy office in Metairie. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls from customers, listening to customer needs or issues, and providing timely solutions.Objective of the role:Handle calls in a timely mannerIdentify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutionsMaintain ownership of calls including follow-ups with the escalation teamResponsibilities include:Communicate clearly and treat customer respectfully by going above and beyond with customer service ensuring that all questions are handled appropriately.Create and maintain record of daily activitySkills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience working in customer service in an officeStrong active listening skills and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyFULL TIME POSITIONMONDAY - FRIDAY 8am - 5pm$17.00 Per Hour
