Job Title: Marketing Assistant (E-commerce & Social Media)Pay ($22-$25) an hourLocation: Kennesaw, GA Department: MarketingReports to: VP of Marketing and SalesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant with a strong foundation in e-commerce marketing and social media. This role will support our online sales initiatives, assist in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, and help manage our e-commerce platforms and content calendars.The ideal candidate has previous experience supporting an e-commerce brand or online retail business, understands digital sales funnels, and is comfortable with tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, promotions)Maintain and update product listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.Monitor and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performanceAssist in creating and scheduling content for social media channels aligned with e-commerce goalsCoordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activitiesConduct competitor research and analyze trends in the online retail spaceCollaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignmentRespond to customer reviews and questions on e-commerce platforms when neededBasic Requirements1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce marketing or digital marketing assistant roleFamiliarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerceWorking knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and analyticsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation toolsKnowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or influencer/affiliate marketingBasic HTML or CMS experience is a plusFamiliarity with tools like Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer for social media scheduling
