Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and hardworking Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. This position is in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, so candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips or pick listsLabel and prepare shipments for distributionPerform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product conditionMaintain clean and organized workstationsAssist with inventory counts and restocking as neededFollow all safety guidelines and proceduresRequirements:Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move for extended periodsComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot/cold temperatures)Must be able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 40-50 lbs]Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsDependable with good attendanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Previous warehouse or distribution center experienceExperience using RF scanners or handheld devices
